If a coordinator sees the following error message when trying to log in to the Staff Portal, DoE Extranet or PRC website:
Your login has been unsuccessful Reason: Incorrect username or password
Reset your password
Use your secret questions and answers to reset your password by clicking on the 'I've forgotten my password' link on the Portal Login Page:
If you continue to experience problems after resetting your password
Public School Coordinators
- contact your ICT Service Desk.
- ask your principal (or their delegate) to check/extend your DoE account expiry date and reset your password
- if you are still unable to log in after your password has been reset, send your DoE username and a screen shot of the error message you see to the PRC team.
