Non-government school principals need to have a DoE account to be able to access the DoE Staff Portal.  This is the same account that is used to access the SMART application.


If you are not aware of your DoE username, please contact the PRC Team.


If your password is not working please try the following options:

  • Click on the Forgot your password link beneath the Username and Password prompts and select the appropriate option to secret question-and-answer prompts you have previously set up to reset your password
  • If you have not set up your secret question-and-answer prompts, or if your account is linked to an email address you no longer have access to, contact the PRC Team and include the username for your account


If you are able to log in to the DoE Extranet but can not see the AMU or SMU application icons please send a screenshot of what you can see in the DoE Extranet to the PRC Team.
