Schools are responsible for downloading and printing eligible students' Challenge Completion certificates from the PRC website. From 2014, schools can print replacement certificates at any time.  Challenge Completion certificates for years prior to 2014 are not available. If a student doesn't have their Challenge Completion certificate from any year after 2015 and they have a validated Student Reading Record for that year, the PRC coordinator at the school they are currently attending will be able to print out their certificate for them (even if they were attending a different school when they completed that year of the Challenge).

The PRC sends Gold and Platinum certificates to schools in Term 4 with eligible students' names printed. If the school cannot locate the Gold or Platinum certificate or medal, a staff member should email the PRC team before the end of Term 4, the year after a Challenge.
