If a student has satisfied the conditions of the PRC but forgot to log their reading, the school coordinator can apply for post-challenge validation of their reading record.
This process has been simplified for 2026, allowing immediate submission of a student's reading record upon application.
To apply, you will need:
- The student's PRC SN and DoE user ID – these can be found on the PRC website Student details page
- The PRC ID, challenge level, title, and author for each book read - these can be found in the PRC booklist.

The applicant will receive an email copy of the application, and the PRC team will assess the application as soon as possible. Please note that the PRC team receive a large volume of support requests in Term 4, which may result in a slow response time.
