Reminder: All coordinators lose access to view, edit and validate student reading records once the PRC closes.
If students are missing from your challenge completion certificate report, there are three likely scenarios:
- The student is eligible for a Gold or Platinum certificate this year
- The student does not have a validated reading record for this year
- The student's account is connected to the wrong school
NON-GOV SCHOOLS ONLY: No student account was created for them this year, or their account was incorrectly merged
Scenario 1: Identifying Gold and Platinum certificate recipients:
Use the SRR Count report on the PRC website by navigating to Reports - Student Reports - SRR count.

Any student with an SRR Count of 4 will receive a Gold certificate
Any student with an SRR Count of 7 will receive a Platinum certificate
Students who receive the PRC Medal are also issued a challenge completion certificate. Eligibility cannot be determined by the SRR count report alone.
Scenario 2: The student does not have a validated reading record for this year
Students can only receive a certificate if their reading record has been COMPLETED and VALIDATED.
If you have already run the SRR count report and the student's name doesn't appear on this list, run the Not validated report under Reports - Student Reports - Not validated

If a student appears as COMPLETE in this list, contact the PRC team to request validation of their reading record. Ensure you include the student/s name, grade and school
If a student's reading record is INCOMPLETE, they have not logged sufficient books to complete the challenge and are not eligible for a certificate. If this student has completed the PRC, please apply for post-challenge validation via The Arts Unit website.
If a student doesn't appear on this report, they did not log into the PRC website this year (which activates their account). Please apply for post-challenge validation via The Arts Unit website. ,
Scenario 3: The student's account is connected to the wrong school
If you have a student who you have seen log into the PRC website but is not appearing in the reports above, it is possible that their account is connected to the wrong school.
Public school students: The PRC site automatically updates a student's school when a change is made in ERN until the PRC closes. If a student has moved to your school in Term 4, please contact the PRC team to perform a manual shift of the student's account.
Non-government students:
If a student's previous non-government account has not been merged, or if they previously attended a public school, they may have logged this year's reading on their previous account. Contact the PRC team citing their name, date of birth, grade and previous school name (if known).
Non-government scenarios only:
a) No student account was uploaded at your school
b) the account was accidentally merged with a new student during upload
c) the PRC team incorrectly merged their new account into an old account.
Contact the PRC team citing the student's name, date of birth, grade and DoE ID if you believe an account was created for them.
