I'm reaching out to 

Thank you for your update regarding the current lack of a PRC coordinator at your school, and for encouraging your students to register through the PRC link for schools without a coordinator. It’s wonderful to see so many students from [School name] participating in the Premier’s Reading Challenge!

Just to clarify, the individual registration option is intended for students attending schools that are not running the PRC program. To date, we have received over [NUMBER] student registrations from [School name] through the individual registration link. When independent student registrations reach this level, we kindly ask that schools assign a PRC coordinator.

 PRC coordinators are able to:

-Create student accounts in bulk

-Validate completed student reading records in bulk

-Download all student certificates in bulk
We recommend coordinators delegate logging books to students or parents to minimise the coordinator’s workload.

 
When the PRC team manages independent student participants, our system requires us to perform these tasks individually rather than in bulk. This labour-intensive process limits our small team's ability to provide timely support to the 2,000+ schools participating in the PRC across the state.
