Students for whom you are unable to generate a Challenge Completion certificate are likely to be eligible for a Gold or Platinum certificate this year.
To check which students are eligible for a Gold certificate or Platinum certificate, use the SRR Count report on the PRC website.
If a student is definitely not eligible for a Gold or Platinum certificate, please contact the PRC Team and provide the student's name, school and grade.
