Home schooled students can participate in the PRC once they have registered with the NSW Educational Standards Authority (NESA) or have been granted an exemption from registration. New Homeschools must complete the online application form before 31 July.
Once the Challenge is open, students can use their PRC account to log in to the PRC website and add books they have read to their Student Reading Record.
Each student's online Student Reading Record must be complete by 23 August 2024 (11:59 pm) to complete the Challenge.
Homeschools must notify the PRC team before Friday 6 September 2024 (11:59 pm) when an online Student Reading Record is completed so that it can be validated by the PRC team. Students must have their Student Reading Record validated in order to receive a certificate at the end of the year.
