NSW Premier's Reading Challenge Support

A PRC booklist book will be listed as a Choice book in the Student Reading Record (SRR) for one of two reasons:

The Challenge Level of the book is lower than the student's SRR Challenge Level

Students are able to read from the following booklists as part of the Premier's Reading Challenge:

If a book's Challenge level is lower than the Challenge level of the student's SRR, it will be added to the SRR as a Choice book.  You can check the Challenge Level of the SRR in the Challenge Information tab of the Student Reading Record page

If the Challenge Level is incorrect for the student and you are unable to change it, please contact the PRC team.

If the book is part of a series and at least five books from this series have already been added to the student's SRR

Challenge Rule 5 states:

5. In a series on the PRC booklist, you can read any five books as PRC books.  You can read up to ten other books from the same series as Personal Choice books.
