If your child's name is incorrect on their Challenge Completion certificate, please inform the school's PRC coordinator and request that a new certificate be issued. From 2014, schools have access to correct student names and print replacement Challenge Completion certificates at any time.
If your child's name is incorrect on a Gold or Platinum certificate, please ask your child's school to contact the PRC team.
