A recent change to the Azure SSO protocol has triggered the Microsoft Keep Me Sign In prompt to ask non-government student users to link a phone number to their account.


The PRC team do not recommend students or parents link a phone number to their PRC account. Non-government students are unable to reset their password or recover their account using this method. 


The only way to reset a non-government student's password is through the school's PRC coordinator. 


Students can log in without linking a phone number by following the steps below: 


Click next: 




Then click Skip Setup


Students will then be able to log in as usual.
