The school is in charge of setting up passwords for their students. The PRC team is not allowed to reset a public student's password due to security reasons. This is because the username and password a public school student uses to log into the PRC website is the same as the username and password they use to log into computers at their school and into their student portal.
If your child cannot remember their username or password, please contact your child's class teacher and they should be able to provide it to them. If they are unable they will be able to advise you of the staff member at the school who can assist.
