There is the option of 'invalidating' a student's Student Reading Record if it has been validated by mistake.

To do this log into the PRC website as PRC Coordinator.

Then click on Student Reading Record, on the left hand menu. You will then be taken to screen where you can search for the student who you would like to invalidate.

Enter the student's name and you will be taken to their Proxy Student Reading Record. Go into their Challenge Information.

There will be an Invalidate button on the right, click this (see screenshot):

We recommend then going into their Student Reading Record list of books and removing two books, so the student will no longer appear on the 'Complete' list of students and then be inadvertently validated again.
